Crispy Kale Chips

A healthy delicious snack that is super easy to make!

Ingredients:

1 bunch of kale

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Wash and dry the kale leaves, then remove the stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the kale and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Toss to coat the leaves evenly
  • Spread the kale out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are brown and the leaves are crispy.
Serve as a snack or side dish
